이번 플래그십 스토어에 합류하시게 될 판매담당 팀원은 저희 스토어를 방문하는 고객들에게 인상적인 경험을 제공하고 한국의 향과 문화를 대표하는 중요한 직책을 맡게 됩니다. 따라서 한국의 문화와 향에 대한 열정과 관심이 높으며, 고객 유치 능력이 있는 긍정적이고 활발한 성격을 가지신 분, 한국형 프리미엄 브랜드에 대한 자부심을 갖고 저희와 함께 성장하고자 하는 열정있는 분을 찾고 있습니다.

Duties and responsibilities

Work with the store team to achieve team and personal goals set by store management
Develop a thorough understanding of the product and brand knowledge
Share knowledge on the brand and collection
Build lasting relationships with customers
Set the tone for the entire brand experience and tailor your approach to support the purpose of their visit
Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about fragrance and taste
Support sales team including, merchandising products, replenishing sales floor, maintaining store appearance, and assisting on registers
Passionately deliver refined, seamless service
Assist in in-store private events and corporate orders as well as additional brand projects
Fulfill orders with accuracy and efficiency
Manage the wait list and proactively communicate accurate seating times
Inspect seating areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
Engage in proper communications with guests throughout greeting, seating, and departure experience, and as otherwise may be needed
Adhere to compliance guidelines and corporate policies
Build relationships with members and guests and communicate any red flags and positive feedback to management to assess
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs

Salary Range: $‌20~ per hour based on qualifications

Physical requirements

Must be able to grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands
Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch as required
Must be able to move, pull, carry, or lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 8 hours)
Must be able to work all operational hours
Ability to withstand exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to curbside, truck unload, etc

Qualifications

A self-motivated, goal-oriented focus
High energy, positive and optimistic personality
Previous retail service experience is desirable
Good problem-solving techniques and ability to do so with pace, empathy and sometimes under pressure
Charismatic and attentive, you’ll constantly interact with customers from all over the world to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal & interpersonal
Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities
Passionate and ambitious, curious to explore new skills
Awareness and knowledge of our brand, our style, and our brand values - you'll support and influence your peers and customers alike

Able to quickly learn new procedures and processes

Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country
Available to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
