To expand the market in Ha Noi, we have some opening positions :
RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring staffs.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by effectively communicating with them and managing their overall candidate experience.
Manage the employee referral bonus program.
Prepare HR & Recruiting information/benefits packages.
Plan and attend recruiting and HR events.
Being responsible for calculation and payment and administration for personnel staffing.
Setting up and maintain a proper tracking system for the administration of social insurance and medical insurance.
Ensure that implementation of Company payroll and social & health insurance complies with prevailing law and regulations
Analyzing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training, including staff inductions.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
At least 2 years of experience in HR field.
Computer literate. Good command of spoken and written English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to details and meticulous.
Energetic, self-starter, self-motivated and independent.
Understanding of labour law, regulations on social & health insurances, and labour issues at work.
